Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Retech is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit by the courier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify our support team so we can assist you with the claim process.
