At Retech, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished products. Please read our refund, return, and warranty policy below.


Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return on refurbished items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • All accessories, parts, and components must be included

  • The item must be in the same condition as it was sent

Please Note:

  • Brand-new items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
    (additional fees may apply in some cases)


Faulty Items & DOA (Dead on Arrival)

All products sold by Retech come with a warranty.

If your item is found to be faulty within 14 days of delivery, it will be treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA).

To qualify for a DOA claim:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

  • The item must be returned for inspection

DOA Resolution:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided after assessment

  • In some cases, testing may be required before approval

⚠️ Physical damage or liquid damage is not covered under DOA or warranty.


Standard Warranty Claims

Faults reported after the initial 14-day DOA period will be handled under our standard warranty terms.

If a defect occurs, we will resolve the issue in the following order:

  1. Repair the item at no cost (using new or refurbished parts)

  2. Replace the item with a comparable unit if repair is not possible

  3. Refund the purchase price if neither repair nor replacement is feasible
